She was the center of the universe
But only for an instant
And then
She died away.
As she lay there sleeping,
The stars zoomed past
And she was no more,
But one
With all that is.
Aren’t we all the center of our own universe? The sad thing is, it’s only us that feels that way. And it doesn’t do anything for us.
We are, in fact, deluded. We all get that, at least we think we do…but…do we? For a moment, be the deer, talk to the trees, put the welfare of the community before you or your children (you are, after all, part of the community), and dive in to the collective consciousness.
